Nicky Rees from Wessex Water presented a cheque to some of our Wednesday conservation volunteers to support improvements to the old pond alongside the Celebration Field.
The trees have been thinned around the pond edge to let more light in and to reduce the amount of leaf fall, and scrub has been cleared to allow clear views of the pond from the path alongside.
