Please Note – There is no availability to hire a studio at the moment.
We have three Artist Studios available for hire at Livability Holton Lee:
- Studio 1 (307 sq ft. 6m 80cm x 4m 20cm) is a large space suited to sculpture and group work. Facilities include a large sink and worktop, shelves, whiteboard, 2 x moveable tables, chairs.
- Studio 2 (311 sq ft. 6m 90cm x 4m 20cm) is a large clean space, particularly suited to printmaking and painting. Suitable for several artists to share or for workshop and evening class groups of up to 12 people. Facilities include a large sink & worktop, shelves, whiteboard, 2 x moveable tables, chairs.
- Studio 3 (144 sq ft. 3m 20cm x 4m 20cm) is a clean space suitable for one or two artists. Facilities include a large sink and worktop, shelves, 1 large table, chairs.
All studio hire includes the use of the Common Room which comprises a shared communal seating area with kitchen facilities and accessible toilet.
